Who We Are
We are a family owned business entity started in 2007 for manufacture of grinding aids for Organic Bonded Grinding Wheels and low temperature vitrifying frits for Ceramic Bonded Grinding wheels.
Our products are individually tailored after continuous research from our side and intensive interaction with customers – to ensure comprehensive understanding of customer needs in order to offer a product that exceeds customer expectations.
When producing an abrasive wheel, it is necessary to add active fillers to increase performance and improve its properties.Different types of active fillers are used depending on the type of wheel, the industry in which it will be used, and the required properties.
Our products are, therefore, raw material additive solutions that are adaptable and can be blended into organic bonded grinding wheels to:
- Assist in cooling and dissipating the heat in the grinding process.
- Reduce oxidation of the cutting area.
- Extend life of products.
- Reduce friction coefficient.
- Prevent discoloration of treated work pieces.
- Prevent aging.
